Valley of Deceased
A clan event for M33 every Tuesday and Sunday: clear your clan's lane, open your gate and fight the other clans for the World Boss in the middle.
When
On Tuesday a 10-minute countdown starts in chat at 20:50 and the gate opens at 21:00; on Sunday the countdown starts at 14:45 and the gate opens at 14:55 (server time, UTC+8). The Event Calendar and the Discord event timer show it.
Rules
Only M33 (level 145) characters can join. While it is open, enter from the Guard Captain in your clan town or with the Teleport Scroll (page 2).
Since the 1032 update no CP is needed to enter.
When the gate opens, M33 characters with War Invite on (mobile: Settings > War Invite) get an invite to join.
Every clan has its own lane. When your clan has killed the 170 monsters in its lane (), your clan's inner gate opens.
Auto Hunt does not attack , so the lanes have to be cleared by hand.
A clan that has finished its own lane cannot enter another clan's lane while that clan's gate is still closed (you are sent back to the center); lanes whose gates are open are free to enter.
When the first clan opens its gate, the World Boss appears in the middle. The other clans keep clearing their own lanes and can reach the boss too. Since the 1032 update this World Boss has much more health than the daily World Boss.
PvP is on: each enemy kill gives 1 CP and 1 Hero Rank point, and nothing drops when a player dies. Since the 1032 update, dying to a monster in the valley costs no CP and no EXP.
The event ends when the boss dies. It has a 30-minute time limit; when the boss appears, at least 20 minutes are always left to kill it. If time runs out first, everyone is sent back to town and nobody gets the boss reward.
Reward
When the boss dies, three players win: the one who landed the last hit, plus two picked at random from everyone who dealt at least 500,000 damage to it.
Each winner gets the World Boss reward: an M33 Elite piece or a 6th or 7th skill book of their clan. It drops at the winner's feet: for 30 seconds only the winner can pick it up, and it disappears after 60 seconds (see yanggok-valley).
On top of that, each winner also gets 1 NON-PVP 8TH Box (see holy-stone-battle). It goes straight to the bag, or to the Return Box if the bag is full.
