Regular War
A 15-minute battle on at fixed times, about every two hours. Since the 207 update it is a team battle: players fight in 4 teams (Green, Blue, Orange, Grey) instead of clans and kill players of the other teams to score for their team; everyone still on the map at the end gets a reward box at their feet.
When
Regular War runs at fixed times (below, in your own time zone): ten times every day (about every two hours), and once more in the evening: 19:30 server time on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 22:00 on Sunday. At each time a 10-minute countdown starts in chat, and the entrance opens 10 minutes later. There is no Regular War during Holy Stone Battle.
The same times are on the event-calendar page, together with every other event.
How to take part
Turn on War Invite: Mobile: Settings > War Invite. PC: set the war invite option to Accept. Auto PVP can also join for you.
Accept the move: When chat shows that the entrance has opened, a box asks 'Do you wish to move to the location?'. Accept within 3 minutes.
The war map is a small cross: each team starts at the end of its own arm and walks to the center when the gates open. If you die, you come back at the end of your team's arm.
Fight: After a short wait the 15-minute war starts. Each kill of a player from another team gives your team +1 point. Kills finished by a stun do not score.
Stay to the end: You must be on the map when the war ends to get the reward. You then have about a minute and a half to pick up the drops before everyone returns to town.
Team battle (since the 207 update)
regular-war, muo-ruins and colosseum are team battles. All other maps do not change.
Players fight in 4 teams instead of clans: Green, Blue, Orange and Grey. The game puts you in a team when you enter the map; you cannot choose it. 'Your team: Green' (or your team) shows when you enter, and a small team label stays on the screen.
Your team stays the same for the whole round, also if you leave and come back, or come back with another character of the same account. The next round makes new teams. When the event ends, everything is back to normal. You start and revive at your team's base on the map. When you go back to town, you go to your own clan town.
You cannot attack or stun your team mates. Players of the other teams are enemies, even if they are from your own clan or an allied clan; killing one gives CP like any enemy kill. Healing, buffs, stun cure and revive work only on your own team.
Party invites work only within your team ('In team battle you can only invite players of your own team.'), and the usual clan rule for parties still applies. Members of one party can end up in different teams. The party buff and party EXP count only party members of your team.
General and Clan chat reach only your team there; World, Guild and Party chat and whispers do not change. Duels and bet duels cannot be started ('Duels are not available in team battle.'), and the clan leader's call does not work inside.
There is no center conquest in team battle: no circle appears on the altar and the does not appear.
How to win
The team with the most points when the 15 minutes end wins, or a team wins at once if it is the only team left on the map. The winner line names the team, for example 'Team Green won!'.
The top 3 killers get +100 / +50 / +25 CP.
Reward
Rewards go straight to your bag (to the Return Box in the Market window if your bag is full), so you do not have to pick anything up.
Hero Rank points at the end: 10 for the winning team, 3 for the others. A draw gives everyone 3 points and still counts for the daily-mission, but gives no box.
Each kill also gives +1 CP and a chance of a random drop: , a Mount Lucky Box, Pet Lucky Box or Cape Box, , or a mount. Lucky drops are announced to the whole server.
Tips
One Regular War often completes both goals of the daily-mission (1 war + 5 kills).
Finish enemies with damage, not with a stun: stun kills do not score for your team.
